Known for his mix of speed and sheer power, Halsey has been a key feature of the Crusaders since joining in 2017.
Noted for his raw power and quick turn of pace, Halsey has brought high praise for his stand-our performances at both domestic and international level.
Halsey made his debut for the Crusaders in 2017 at the final edition of the annual Spring Slam pre-season tournament, but his 2017 Crusaders season was cut premature following a stint in hospital rehabbing following his life changing accident.
2018 was when Halsey broke out as a shining star in the Crusaders team, cementing himself a place in the starting line-up. Halsey’s 2023 season has been full of tries and goals. In all competitions in English, Welsh and international competitions for Warrington Wolves (on dual-registration), North Wales Crusaders and Wales, in the 27 games he played, he racked up a total of 82 tries and 221 goals (which included four drop goals) equalling 766 points.
The 2024 season will see Stephen sponsored by, James Lacey Photography, a constant supporter of Stephens. James Lacey Photography who has worked with dancers, models and performers of all levels from all over the world and has developed a unique and adaptable style.
