Neilson who is the youngest player currently on the books at the Crusaders joined the side towards the tail end of the 2023 campaign.
However, this did not stop him from having a big part to play in the teams success, scoring on his debut in Stuart Williams’ Farewell Game’s curtain raiser against Warrington Wolves ‘A’, Neilson scored the try that secured the ‘A team’ their Championship North title and was selected by the club to lift the trophy alongside the captain at the Grand Final.
The 2024 season will see Neilson sponsored by, Howdens, established back in 1995 to provide trade customers with kitchens, joinery, and hardware products, which are available from local stock at depots across the UK, France, and Belgium.
Starting with just 14 depots, there are now more than 800 locations supporting the trade achieve exceptional results for their customers. As a British manufacturer, they were founded on the principle that the business should be worthwhile for all concerned.
