PLAYER BIO


Known for his versatility and kicking ability, Jones has been a fundamental part of the Crusaders set up since 2013. Jones, born in Wrexham, is utilised as either a winger or as an inside/ middle and has made 44 competitive appearances for Wales, only missing a solitary game since his first call-up back in 2014.


Noted for his play reading and open play kicking, Jones has brought a high level of praise for his stand-out performances for both club and country.

Jones made his Crusaders debut back in 2013, being named as captain ahead of their inaugural season in their season opener against Swindon St. George.

Though his time at the Crusaders has been plagued with injury and health issues, Jones has consistently been one of the clubs most consistent scorers and has averaged 34 tries in 4 of the past 5 seasons at club level.


Jones who is the most-capped international Wheelchair Rugby League player in the World as well as being Wales Rugby League’s most capped player has been a constant in the Welsh side since 2014, including a number of games as captain.
