Joining the Crusaders as a founding member back in 2013, Jones was soon named captain of the side ahead of their debut season.
Jones has been a constant in the Crusaders set-up, being the only player to play in every competition for the club since their inception and holds the monarch of being the first Crusaders player to ever score a conversion and drop-goal. In 2023 Jones became the first Crusaders player to play 100 games for the club.
Known for his game reading and kicking ability has been one of the Crusaders' most prolific try scorers for the Crusaders, averaging 32 tries a season since 2018, which included a record haul 52 tries during the 2019 season. In 2023 Jones made history by becoming the first ever Wheelchair Rugby League player to be awarded their testimonial for years of service to the sport. Harry also holds two records within the sport for drop-goals, as Harry has scored drop-goals from the furthest distance at both club and international level.
Jones, who first started his career in the running game system in the Street Rugby initiative through Street Games and Crusaders Rugby League (former Engage Super League side) back in 2010 before transitioning into the 13-a-side game where he featured for both; North Wales Wanderers and Wrexham Bradley Raiders back in 2013 before transitioning to the Wheelchair game. Prior (and for a brief periord) joining the Crusaders, Harry was a semi-professional Dancer who in recent years has plied his trade over Christmas, participating in over 15 pantomimes throught Wrexham.
The 2024 season will see Harry sponsored by, Lot 11 Cafe, situated in the heart of Wrexham City Centre, Lot 11 specialise in brunch Australian style food served all day and freshly ground coffee available to sit in or takeaway.
